Dr. Anita Federici
Dr. Anita Federici is internationally known for her comprehensive team training, program development, clinical consultation, and implementation support predominantly in the areas of DBT and eating disorders. I enlisted Dr. Federici’s expert clinical expertise to facilitate highly specialized eating disorder treatment training and mentoring with members of our provincial network. Her unique and one-of-a-kind expertise is sought after to help fill important service delivery gaps in our system of eating disorder care. Specifically, our provincial network is indebted to Dr. Federici for not only pursuing a “road less traveled” – seeking specialized treatment training in modalities designed to enhance client-centred care and innovative ways to treat co-morbid conditions; she also set out on a course to provide cutting edge clinical teaching, training, supervision, and mentoring in these modalities to optimize capacity among care providers to provide responsive and high quality care.
