Our Mood, Anxiety & Wellness Track is designed to help individuals suffering from mood and/or anxiety disorders, along with offering support and compassion-focused services to individuals to help improve their quality of life. We developed this track to provide care for a variety of issues that individuals may be experiencing. Many different circumstances can bring someone to therapy, and this track focuses on providing evidence-based treatment to the following issues:

Our team members come from a variety of personal and professional backgrounds and are highly specialized in a wide range of therapies and techniques. As a team, we believe that effective therapy embraces collaboration with individuals to find the best suited therapist and best suited approach to help them overcome their challenges.
Our programs are designed to help you become aware of automatic thoughts and negative core beliefs, identify problematic patterns of behaviour and emotional responses, and learn skills and strategies to change unhelpful thought patterns, emotions, and behaviours. We use different evidence-based treatment approaches (e.g. CBT, ACT, MBSR) and we provide these treatments for a variety of different presenting issues.
